CONSULTING WITH HEART, PASSION & EXPERTISE

WHERE RECOVERY, EXPERTISE, AND PURPOSE ALIGN

Together, we offer 75 years of combined experience in personal recovery, organizational leadership, coaching, systems building, and speaking.

STRENGTHENING RECOVERY,

ONE ORGANIZATION AT A TIME

Valentine Recovery Consulting is what happens when two people fall in love, build a life in recovery, and accidentally start a family business doing the thing they love most—helping people rise.

After decades of leading organizations, shaping movements, training tens of thousands across the world, and sprinkling humor everywhere they go, Phil and Sandy Valentine are stepping into their next chapter. It might technically be called “retirement,” but we all know better. This is the part of life where they get to choose exactly who they serve, how they serve, and why it matters.

They bring more than 75 years of combined experience in personal recovery, organizational leadership, coaching, systems building, and speaking. Together, they can walk into any recovery community, workplace, university, or organization, take one look around, and say, “Okay, here are your next five steps.” (And they’ll say it with a smile.)

Light-hearted. Heart-forward. Deeply experienced. This is consulting with soul.

Welcome to the Valentine way.
